why do both my discovery rear passenger windows only go half way down
I know the answer is going to be simple but though going throught the manual and rave I cant seem to find an answer.

I've always been of the understanding its due to safety regulations - making it more difficult for children to jump out the windows whilst moving. Every modernish car (since early 90's) I can think of doesn't allow the rear windows to lower fully. I could be wrong on the reason, its just what I have always been told...
