Anyone heading to Yalwal
Shoalhaven RFS made a declaration under Sect 44 of the Rural Fires Act at 14:00 today due to a significant fire burning in the Yalwal area.
Would be advisable to stay clear of the area.
Also a second fire burning south of Termeil creek.

Yes, I have a buddy in the RFS, he hasn't slept much lately.
He says he hasn't seen the bush burn this agressively in his 20 years on the trucks (for this time of year)
Wouldn't be camping in the area for a while.
