Hi I bought a couple of Countys from NSW, the last (and my current) is a genuine 10 seater.

The Standards can be misleading - but perservere - 10 Seats (including driver) is a car.

if it was 10 seats + driver, then it is a heavy vehicle.

It took me a while, along with a few phone calls to the motor vehicle standards to iron it out. But we got there.

The inspector, who claimed to have 40 years experience and new everything finally admitted it was a first for him, when Standards came back approving the vehicle as a class in which cars are classified.
