    It's supposed to be like it is! The awning lies over the frame and is tied down to it by 3 green straps, but the ends of the frame are visible from an end on perspective, as in the pics.



    PS - NM - surely you don't think my towbar looks boring!

    Scallops I think your white one looks excellent

    I perhaps would have gone white again, but settled for dark green (white roof of course) for a change. As you've said, it is metallic which I didn't want but I wasn't game to go for the Keswick green (which is a flat colour).

    Scratches do show up, but I have not been inclined to try and buff them out yet.

    Don't fret Dan , all Defenders look good. Colour is such personal choice.

    Only a brave person would go keswick and with all the fruit on would look fantastic I reckon.......

    would certainly turn heads maybe not for the right reasons with some but would def get you noticed
    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

    I had Keswick green ordered for about 2 weeks, and then I bottled out.

    Luckily nothing had been loaded at the UK end, and the dealer let me change it to the dark green metallic.

    I have since seen one in the flesh on the LR Drive Day, and I did like it, but it's a bit love/hate with that colour.

    Haven't seen one (Keswick Green) in the flesh but I think I like it. White roof, natch. It would look modest and tasteful. But then again maybe those who've seen the colour know something I don't.
