    Toyota copy D3/4

From: 2010 Toyota Land Cruiser Previews New Lexus LX - toyota land cruiser - Jalopnik

    Sound familiar?

A new feature launched by Toyota in the new-generation Land Cruiser is Multi-terrain Select, which automatically controls power and braking to optimise performance for different types of off-road surfaces. At the same time, the Multi-terrain Monitor feeds real time images from around the vehicle from a network of four cameras to provide the driver with more information about the immediate surroundings. The new Steering Angle Display shows the position of the vehicle's wheels and its predicted path, further helping the driver plot a safe route.

sounds like toyota want to play with the big boys, good luck with all these completely original ideas.

EDIT: you have got to be joking, they copied the RR dash right from the mould too!

It always amazes me that when this sort of thing happens the original manufacturer lets them get away with implying that it is something new.
I would love to see Land Rover run a big add campain thanking Toyota for the compliment, imitation is the greatest form of flattery.

Even the FL2 has this, since 2007. Good to see them catching up with LRs entry model on their flagship model.

Sorry fellas; hate to burst your bubble.

These are all Toyota ideas that Land Rover just happened to do first.
