12V air compressor - where's the best buy?

Getting tired of burning out the cheapies and just not fit enough to do all four tyres with the foot pump every time I want to get in and out of the garage.

So where'd be the best place to get a good price on a quality compressor? I'm guessing that there was some wonderful deal at the expo when I wasn't thinking about compressors.

    Any ideas?

    Ta

I purchased mine at Supercheap 2 years back, have had no trouble pumping my 33's, I think price was $169 and on special $139, looks to be a clone of T-Max and other expensive brands, Regards Frank.

    Why 12 volt?
If its to get in & out of your garage those $79-$99 Bunnings/ Supercheap are the go.

Im about to buy the bush ranger supermax air, i was also considering the ABR sidewinder but these may not handle pumping up several 37s in a row, so the bullet proof supermax air is the only logical choice for me, but at nearly double the cost of the sidewinder i would consider that one first if your only running small tyres. I have had a few cheapies now and wont bother going down that path again, one struggled to pump up my commodore tyres the other kept melting fuses and took for ever to pump up 32s.
