    Yep

Thats the Ford 7000 that has to be split. I shoehorned a BSD444T engine into it a few years ago. Goes like stink but hard on clutches and rear tyres

After a few phone calls, I ended up going for a little drive and getting some deasent steel for the channel. Don't want it to bend Called in for a beer on the way home and ended up with the red bit as well

With the height restraints of 10' in my work shop, I'm making it adjustable. 9' 10" to approx 12' 6". It will handle 5 ton pinch weight so will be plenty strong enough with two one ton chain blocks on it.

Just have to make the A frames and find some wheels/hubs.

    This looks like bad news

The 120 has an oil leak
Be up for a selector shaft, bush and seals. May have borrow a box wile this one is out.

Split the 444T powered Ford 7000 today and fitted the clutch kit in inc spigot etc. Pita in these, as have to remove the flywheel
Was a bugger of a job as the tractor has been modified over time. The loader frame was a nuisance

Also split the old Ford 5000 as needs a clutch as well etc.

The 5000 is in a bad way, splines are all flogged out The main shaft is out, and real bad. The shaft in view is the PTO and hydrolic pump drive and is also stuffed. Big job now as have to split the main box off the rear end to get the bugger out. They are a real sod to refit.
As I will have to remove the foot platforms etc , may as well repaint the tractor and fit new decals etc.

Still have the 7840 (Modern tractor) to do as well(Back end)

As for the lifting thing.... Progress has been slow Been too busy to finish it.
My welding is crap Not sure what the problem is yet (Likely the operator) When doing structural work we lay fillets, three will do for this one.
Never ever weave a weld as will end up with little penetration and massive voids. The end result in my case looks crap
