    Avatar uploading - Problems "invalid file".

    Hi folks.

    Just tried add an avatar to my sig.

    Followed instructions to upload to AULRO and got "invalid file" message.

    I am a subscriber, the file size is 13k, the image size is 80 x 54 pixels and I tried both .jpg and .bmp.

    Any clues please?

    P.S. I did 4 different searches on the subject with no success so please be gentle.

    I would have thought that would be ok. Have you tried a .gif format? - that may work.

    I think there may be system issues - I note someone else having trouble attaching files on another thread.

    Seems odd!!! I was mucking around yesterday with my avatar before finally deciding on the one I already had, I changed the avatar three times on JPG format with no problems. Sorry, I can't help except to say I had no trouble yesterday.

    Me Again

    They were doing a major software upgrade this morning from about 9am (Eastern Summer Time) for a couple of hours and were offline for this time. Whether that's made any difference or not I don't know, if you continue to have troubles maybe you could PM Incisor for advice. I don't know if that helps.
