    My County has had a steel roof rack mounted to it's roof for the last 24 yrs with no sign of electrolysis.

    Probably because the roof's on 110's are made of steel, not Aluminium.

    The gutter is Dobbo, that's why it's galvanised, but I think you'll find that the roof is aluminium.
