    Sotted Rotors ?

    This post is to gauge intrest in sotted rotors.

    I have a source that is going to be slotting RDA rotors on a CNC milling machine.

    The plus for off road use would be a bonus plus cooler rotors on and off road and more.

    Now i need to know which model Rover products are more in demand im thinking D1 as there are a lot of die hard off road D1,s out there

    No price as yet as it will depend on demand and what model Rover and also postage , They will be posted from Vic.

    If this is viable it will happen at good a price for all.

    This is a friends buisness so i will not be making anything out of it i just thought i could offer the forum a good deal

    So please post what model and year you would require rotors for and front or back or both.

    (mods if this needs to be moved to another area please do)

    Gday Rangieman,
    Im up for new roters for the D2 so would be interested in the cost for all 4, but think people are bringing them from UK with the AUD where it is.

    I will be in the market for a pair of slotted, ventilated 110 fronts soon. However they are 36GBP a pair a paddocks (+ postage of course). Doubt it will be possible to beat that???

    I dont know discs are heavy.....I would be very very surprised if joe bloggs could get disc in from the uk for less than 150bux

    You may be right. Royal mail want at least GBP117 for 15kg... Unless craddocks have some special shipping deals?

    This Monday I'm having 4 new rotors/pads put on the D1,,, I'm not going for the slotted units due to dirt/mud pick up. Im not sure, but I would think slotted rotors/pads would get damaged quite badly in heavy off road use. ???

    If anything slotted would be better
