No hijack Howard, Just plan old spam. It just so happens that the spammer posted in a thread you had subscribed too so you got email a copy of the post and the spam.
I wouldnt be too alarmed
I can't find a way to message the AULRO sysop so am posting this message in the hope that it gets to him/her:
I am subscribed to a thread called "Looking fo a new home" in REMLR General. Today I received the email below which states it is a response to my thread subscription but, as you can see, is an ad for fake watches. If I follow the link it takes me to the correct thread but the message is not there (maybe a forum manager has deleted it?).
So it looks as though someone has worked out a way to hijack the site facilities...
Howard

If your watch doesn’t shine like the day you buy it, means that it is time to clean it. If the product manual provides reader-friendly instructions, follow it to the letter. But if you feel you'd rather get professional service, do so. A professional should do the cleaning of the tiny mechanisms inside your watch; they have the tools and the experience to do it. You must remember don't attempt to use any cleaning or lubricating solutions unless recommended by the watch manufacturer. Don't attempt to clean the watch with a soft-bristled brush with soap and water, unless your pocket watch is water resistant up to 10, 15, or 20 BAR. If your watch is simply marked water resistant it simply means it can withstand splashes of water or raindrops only and shouldn't be soaked at all. If it's waterproofed, use a soft-bristle brush and gently brush the surface of the watch. Immediately but carefully, dry it with a lint-free cloth. Our website is professional sales replica watches (http ://www.watchwax.com), all the watches accept the paypal payment.
