Freight Companies make no Sense

Just an update,

SWMBO has done a deal with frieght to Melb:TakeABow::TakeABow::TakeABow:
But sydney is looking like a no go.

I will post something in the Veranda section for those interested..

try organising transporting a deefer.

Adelaide to brissy, depo to depo Ive got quotes from $3K to $700.

3 different places quoted me and then put me though to the same company to organise the dates.....

all with different initial quotes.

Ean - so is Brisbane a no-go as well???

Haven't got that far yet...But will soon...

I have to get SWMBO to do it as I am still at sea and we work nights so I just add it to her list.

Brissie guys you seem to fall into the same as the Sydney guys, the freight terms are not making it viable to even try this time...:(:(

I will try and sort things out for next time but ATM is not good..

The only choice I have is if 1of the companies or the fish boats are sending stuff your way then piggy back thier load...But I wont know this till I get to Darwin and wont know any dates or coldstores till I speak with them..

I will try, but thats it at present..
