    For the Old SHIRIES

    Any one that has had a past life in the Sutherland Shire might find this site interesting

    You are able to look back through old aerial photography back to the 30s (for some areas)

    thanks for that Bushie, it goes back to when I was a kid when an expedition to Cronulla was a big event - before the railway line!

    .... and the railway extension to National Park (Audley) was in use !

    Gee, you must be old . I know it was there in the '50's, albeit a single line. Just googled this and the line actually opened in December 1939.

    To be pedantic, the National Park Line didn't go to Audley.
