    Freight from Gladstone to Brisbane

    Gday All,
I was wondering if anyone can tell of a trucking mob that runs Gladstone to brisbane.I have about half a trailer load of fishing gear that I need and the 1 quote ive had is almost as much as the gear its self.

    Any help would be great..

    Thanks and Cheers Ean

    Ean,
These days its getting harder for the private person to get freight shifted from one place to another. Unless you have a commercial account most of them dont want to know you. I would try furniture removalists such as AAA Coastal Removals, Shaun Frater,Allied Pickfords, Hornicks, North Coast Removals and Storage,Wridgeways etc. Most of these mobs are always advertising backloading from the north coastal areas to southern destinations.........Brian

Have you tried "Rockys Own" or "NQX"?

I took it to mean a semi.

    Gday All,
Thanks for the reply's I have had a hectic day selling down the boat so only just got home.
I mean a Semi trailer.I have a Quote from NQX, but beleive it or not even though they are a branch of toll, I cant use my Toll Acc...Im not sure Why, but thats how it is..
I am getting it sent to Darwin but can get a far better Rate from brisbane to Darwin from Toll, but I need to get it from Gladstone to Brisbane first..
If you are as confused as me by now im not surprised..

Anyway thanks again to all that replied, we will sort it out 1 way or the Other.

    Thanks and Cheers Ean
