    old recall action on a disco 2 v8

    How long is a recall valid for? I browsed the recall actions on the Rave CD, and saw that there were a few recalls for my Discovery that had not been done.

    Wonder what LR will do if I call them tomorrow...

    Recalls are generally left open for the life of the vehicle. Service Actions get closed down after a few years.
    Call your dealer & have him check what's outstanding against your car.

    Not all Recalls/Service Actions affect all vehicle though.
