Its a family tractor so has to be simple, most of our kays are highway, Lower running cost over time,better on fuel, 50MN more torque at 2000 RPM. The mitsu auto's have a bad habit of hunting gears when lugging at highway speed. Otherwise definitely a disadvantage in many other ways;)

Totally agree. I'm rather fond of my Defender, but am well aware of it's lack of visual appeal to the great unwashed.

Doesn't alter the fact that the Triton is ugly. :D Which is not only my considered opinion.;)
