    They have got the pedal grommits upside down, felts to the inside not outside like the book shows. Knock a couple of grand off.

    Red book and others, say they base there values on what the market is offering.
    This is a long standing car (and others) sales trick. You have a vehicle (or other) you want to sell at a premium price or consider to be undervalued. If you can push prices up there is going to be more in it for you especially if you have a few more kicking around. So you simply advertise yours at what others might consider to be an over the top price for a period. You do not really care if it sells as what you are doing is creating a impression on the buyers that this is perhaps worth more than they think. After a while you substitute another and do the same for a while. If someone actually pays you have evidence that is what it is worth.

    im not sure if it is the same one but i know i have seent this one on ebay but there was one is just as good condition and he had a buy it of 10k and didnt sell it.

    yeah but Dunsfold do excellent preservation and try and keep their stock as original as possible they are well worth it....not like bits of series 1 and whatever else you can find to stick together

    and there are dents in the rear crossmember....a couple a more grand off
