Can any of you come forward with any Links, Movies (DVDs) ,Books (Other than off the beaten track and further of the beaten track) or any TV series of even older photos that involve this vehicle?

Its a long story from here
OK you lot;)
The cat is likely out of the bag now; I have decided to retrieve this thing into captivity so its safe.
I know we all have mixed feelings on this but you have to believe me the museum cant take it ATM. I do care what you all say but its the truth as many hrs have already been spent on research and information on this one and we cant convince the museum to take it as is. No room no funds etc. So please give me a chance to save this Land Rover and not make it any harder for me:)
As most of you are aware this was the last Land Rover they had before the Jeeps.
It has only had one owner since the Leyland brothers so we are the second. I will be able to retain the number plates at my expense by storage or transferring them to another vehicle so we wont ever lose them.
If we keep this one as is, as found well that's fine but cant be registered and proudly display its original number plates. So the decision we have to make is repair the issues and make it very roadworthy and bring back its identity or let it die:(
I'm working on finding the original bonnet, longer shackles etc. The original outer front guards may be lost though:( This one also ran the 900X 16 for a short time.
The bar work and water tanks may be long gone as Mike and Mal removed them when it was sold. With a lot of care some of it may be refabricated to perfection.
I still have a lot of information yet to be documented.
