There's another one in the Birdwood Museum.
How much is it? How do you know it's an ex-Leyland Brother car? Can this be proved? Do you have Pic's?
It would be good to see it beside it's sibling at Birdwood.
regards
Mick

Given that on eof the Leylands used to live just around the corner from 4xFour there is a good chance it is the real thing.

I'll give Leigh a call and find out for my self.
How dare they even think about parting out a truly historical vehicleI find it hard to believe my self as these guys now concentrate on latter models. Think they may be having us on on parting it out
Would be very tired I'd imagine.
aparently one of the guys that works there has a leyland brothers book at home and he checked it and it is the same car with the same number plates and is unique with the rear wheel arches cut.yes i was surprised that they wood wreck a car of its nature sorry i cant get photos
Pics?
model?
I too think they are having us on about parting it out. Threatening to destroy a historical vehicle is one thing sure to get Landy owners attention, and make them more willing to bid higher to "save" the vehicle.![]()

Very interesting. I agree, someone here surely has the money to save a piece of history! Would love to see pics.

Find out how much they want for it....at the risk of adding fuel to the fire of my divorce proceedings, depending on price - I'll buy and donate...
Just been in contact with All four X 4.
It is indeed a Leyland Brothers Landy.
Sending me some pics now
They think it is a 71 model with a 186.
No 35201103G Got to confirm this yet.
They have a few in apparently.
Not sure what they want for it yet but they're definitely are not parting it out![]()
