Everyone chips in for an AULRO buy, and donation to a suitable museum.
I'll chip in on a Snow Bunny, what 3 months a year can I have her?

Does she do mud as well as snow?

Glad to hear they are more interested in saving it than milking it.

I am Very keen so if you can't make it happen - flick me a PM and I will pick up where you left off. I'll even give you visiting rights...

Any 3 months my old man decides to enact the "semi" part of his semi retirement and get a job.

At the moment he spends more time galavanting around Europe than he does in Australia.

Good luck Rangier Rover, love to see some photo's.
I have noticed some old Leyland Brothers shows appearing on those new digital channels (GO! or 7Two?) I'll hit record next time I see it.
I think some of their stuff is also available on DVD.

    <<pauses for a google>>

This mob have 12 series Flashback Entertainment

or JB Hifi Music Games DVDs at JB Hi-Fi Australia

and here Leyland Brothers - Wheels Across the Wilderness DVD (2 Disc Set)

    some info here

ASK THE LEYLAND BROTHERS* (The Memorable TV Guide to Australian Television)

    and a facebook group here

If your deal falls through I would be interested in Shonky's suggestion.

You could probably find a Land Rover dealer that would put it in their showroom - MLR in Melbourne have a lovely 80" they have been showing off for years.

Better a long term loan to various museums on a rotational basis.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

We'll see what we have here first. Not one of their earlier ones I'm afraid. I'd be happy for it to reside in any Museum or dealer anyway. First priority is to save it from getting in the wrong hands at this stage.

In order to loan it, someone needs to own it.

If 200 people chuck in 10 bucks, who owns it? (happy to put my hand up!)

Personally, I'd rather see it go to an enthusiast who can take it to shows, baby it, and... lend it to museums etc.

    I've just uploaded it to : http://p38arover.com/misc_files/Ski_...s_Daughter.mp3

Note: It is 7Mb in size - try a right click download rather than left clicking and trying to play it.
