Satnav in 2002, was it any good? The caprice (04) has a factory Dayton unit, with the software updates, and i would prefer my $200 tom tom any day.

I have always maintained that if buying second hand you should always aim to buy the absolute top of the range model of what ever marque you buy. They are usually only marginally more expensive than the mid range models but later on they haven't lost quite as much value as the more mundane middle level models and are also more attractive [read easier to sell] to those who are buying third or fourth hand. What you have done is exactly what I do JC. I run my Rangie like you but also keep a late model limo in the garage too. Great minds eh..........lol
I wouldn't have picked that as your car JC but I reckon that will be a cracker!
