would'nt a powder type be more usefull also is that why jeeps burn so easy due to the glass being to thick
Yes
No
thanks Jono,on about singing, when I was at school I used to borrow Grant O'Donnell's glasses and do my rendition of Gerry Rafferty's "Baker St." untill I set the form teacher(Mr P Jones we also had another Mr Jones but his initial was A)'s jacket alight by the reflected sunlight from the left lense of the previously mentioned borrowed glasses, totally by accident.
when the fire was out he only had the right sleeve including the elbow pad(which all physics teachers seem to have)left, he was alright about it as he liked "Baker St" himself but was rather shy and didn't like to sing in public.
A letter was sent out around school by the head(Mr Roberts, who's nick name was "no neck")telling pupils with thick glasses that they must carry a fire extinguisher(foam type)during summer months
would'nt a powder type be more usefull also is that why jeeps burn so easy due to the glass being to thick
not powder Jono, this was brought up at a health and safety meeting later that month, the reasoning behind the foam was that asthma and hayfever sufferers would be unduly affected in the immediate area by the powder.
The Jeep's were catching fire due to wiring faults Jono(they took on a colour blind vehicle electrician at the Toledo Ohio plant)
