    business settlement agents

    Hi Guys

    Does anyone know of any good business settlement agents around perth? we are purchasing a business and want to make sure everything is finalised properly etc etc etc..

    Just noticed your post,

    I can claim no special expertise in this but I imagine you would need a good (competent) accountant and a good (competent) solicitor to assist you

    We have an accountant etc... and we are ready to hand cash over.. just want any contracts etc to be in place, crossing the T's and dotting the I's kind of thing...

    Its not me Andy its Rach and no its not confidential! she got so frustrated doing 4 peoples work that she jacked her job in.. before xmas! So a friend of ours is selling her vacate clean business due to illness... and Rach has been trying to get her to push it for ages.. she just doesnt have the will or energy to do it... so we are buying it and Rach will drive it.. nothing too exciting but lots of prospects i guess... and hope!
