ha ha what a cracker !
I bet the ute drive is glad he had a nudge bar fitted:wasntme:
check for compression damage...ripple effects on the body ...look along the panels under fluorescent light; and also check under the floor at the rear for similar damage...all that energy has to be dissapated somewhere...obviously a lot of it was absorbed by the Commode crumpling...as it should :o...but some was also absorbed by the D3...check carefully...very carefully!
Good luck, I hope it's just superficial damage on the D3
cheers
i had the same thing happen to me, fender 110 v holden astra:D, guess who won, her car looked much the same, the only thing that happen to my car was the little cap around the tow bar insert fell of:mad::mad::D:p
and her car sorta went under mine, :p
Sorry to see your accident WhiteD3. :(
I'm glad you came off best and that he couldn't even drive away. :p
What's the consensus on having a towball inserted in such a rear end accident like this?
Is it wise to always leave the towball on to possibly absorb some of the rear end damage or could it make it worse?
The good thing about this is that the commodore isn't really any uglier... :D :wasntme:
im suprised nobody has stated the obvious about the D3 yet.....
that'll buff right out!
