Depends on your proportions.
Those made in the wrong ratios install seat risers - mud rails, or a piece of steel 25x25mm.
I am looking to buy a Defender built I am 6'6 and 120kgs - will I fit?
We do a lot of ks and touring and cannot seem to find any other vehicle that suits us.

the seat squab is removable in a fender.......
And you can always take the lid off the cubby box if you're a skinny-arsed 6'6".
I'm 6'3", and like the seat really upright, and have never had a problem.
There are a few six footers plus on here that will be able to give you first hand experience comments. I have been told that some big blokes find that the seat is too close to the door, you could get around that by changing the size of the center cubby box and moving the seat a bit closer to the center of the vehicle. Then you will probably have to deal with the handbrake.
gday im 6ft2 bought some seat extensions from explore aus advertised on this site really good for my leg room as for width just keep your window down
can vouch for the Mudrails
I'm 6' 2" and 120Kg and I find my Deefer very comfy.
aparently some of the earlier ones had the seat too close to the door and you had to wind your window down to make way for your shoulder but mine is fine.
