ipad gps
hi all
does a ipad 4 64gb have gps facilities
im in the market to get one and want to download
hema maps app for navigation use
ps im a old fart so be gentle hehe

only if it has the sim card slot(4G), you do not need a sim card in it to work but the ones without the simcard slot do not have the gps chip fitted.

Hi I use an iPad mini with hema maps and a Bluetooth garmin GPS as I have a wifi only iPad and it works ok. I also have camps ap.

Thanks to this forum i just started trying out Sygic, I just installed the free version for now, and so far it looks pretty good
There are threads on here about memory maps, mudmaps and hema and from what i have read, a lot of people seem happy with hema

If you in the market, just go to an AppleCentre and tell them to make sure you get the GPS version
