    thanks but im trying to avoid more mpnthly costs. will look into some thing like that if im going away for a big one.

    I should have looked at the link I have a similar one made by Ultimate that I rarely use.

    The big advantage of plugging into the dock connector is that you can power both devices simultaneously. The external bluetooth units require either batteries or a second power connection.
