    DiscoverAus maps

    I have the DiscoverAus mapping on a CD and was wondering if it can be put onto another GPS other than the Magellan Explorist range(did have 1,but it blew the circuit board after 18 months-they wanted roughly 380 to fix it-told them no thanks,just send it back as is-now used as a paperweight).

    Discoveraus works on all of the Magellan mapping GPS range AFAIK.
    The Discoveraus Topo version works on the Meridian, Explorer and Crossover model.
    Is your CD the TOPO version?

    "DiscoverAus" is a generic name for most of the Magellan maps. The newest maps aren't compatible with older units. Lots of combos. Check with Next Destination for specifics.
