Thread: Aftermarket GPS/SatNav

Hi

I'm on the verge of committing to a new D3, but was keen to get one that included GPS/SatNav/Bluetooth. Dealer tells me that with the new D4 on the horizon, the possibility of getting factory fit is non-existent. That's OK if I can source an aftermarket system that looks almost as good (or better) - I've read about the Eclipse systems and it looks great but can anyone tell me how these things fit in the dash (i.e. no gaps in fascia etc). While I'm on it - headrest entertainment (DVD) for kids? Any recommendations? Photos even better.

The VMS AVNC www.vmscarpc.com.au does all you need. They have been installed in D3s.
