OziCE has to re-index its maps when new ones are loaded. It can be set to do this automatically every startup. But that's not adviseable when there's a lot of maps so just select the re-index function after having added or deleted maps.

You may actually have a corrupt index file, find the index file for your maps and delete it (mine is in the OziCE\system files) and has an ndx2 extension.
Delete the file(s) and then let Ozi rebuild them.
If you have a lot of maps it will take a while and may appear as if OziCE has locked up. Just let it go and do its thing. Then try your maps again. It would be worth while checking all your calibration data for the map that's giving trouble (can you open it in the PC version and check it's calibration).
