    is the g60 radiator an easy fit? do you know what hoses ,mods are needed -I want to fix butcherd crossmember in 109 & need to sort radiator

    sounds like your unit was a 4cyl, hence the hacked cross member. Mine was a 6 and has the gear box mounted further back, resulting in plenty of room to fit a fat 4core G60 rad without the engine fan.(clearance from bonnet and hangs about 40mm past top of cross member) As for yours, the problem will be fitting a rad between the steering relay and side panel and the height issue. Many end up fitting the rad in front of the cross member resulting in a defender style grill/look, does give the option of so many good v8 rads and great cooling. Loosing the classic series style.
    I'm sorry but a G60 rad will not suit your conversion.
    I have a HZ (i have to check model) rad here I will be scrapping if you want it. Where are you?
