    You used to be able to buy them off the shelf from the crowds that did the adaptor plates, but I would imagine that option is long gone now, so you may just have to do what Mick said.

    CRS still sell them but they aren't cheap I think I paid about $45

    I might just use the old one, It looks pretty good still, if I locktite it in the crank it shouldn't slip out.
