    Alignment Holden

    Hello All,

After reading the alignment "Before you fit Holden Motor" sticky note a couple more times I decided to take the plunge today. I bought a magnetic base dial indicator. I also had a long yarn to a bloke on the telephone about things which may need to be replaced and modified in the gearbox because it is jumping out of top gear. I also ordered some Whitworth spanners and sockets to go with my recently acquired AF sockets and spanners.

Well when the sockets come from back order and finally arrive I know what I will be spending my weekends doing .

I will keep you posted when I have things under way! Hopefully it will be good therapy as a break away from my study.

    Kind Regards
    Lionel

    Hello Marc,

I am exploring other options and have not done the alignment. Also I am waiting for new employment to come along so funds are currently in the range of very limited to non-existent.

    Kind Regards
    Lionel
