I'm not fussed on the Massif the angles on the front are all out of synch with the rest of the body style.

I would perfer to keep the rectangles and then do a headlamp re-work along similar lines as the spotlamp in headlamp ideas of the Discovery 3. The only other cosmetic changes would be widening the body about 4 inches to give a bit more shoulder room. along with a correspondingly wider rear door.
