Go off road do we? Exterior colour - not dark. That bramble rash will look worse with the dark colours. I have silver, bramble rash is hidden well as it is with white. Intererior - practicality - black.
If you plan to get it dirty and scratched I can vouch for the lighter colours. My D3 is Atacama sand and the only dirt that shows on it is red mud.
I also have the almond leather and don't find it a hassle to keep clean with 2 little girls.

I went for the Stornaway as am replacing a silver D3 - so didn't want the same colour, also the silver looks a bit bland without the highlights of the black flares and air instake.
It was difficult to decide as the Nara Bronze does look good, but I thought it might go out of fashion, the Ipanema sand did not look as good with black interior (I have 2 young kids - so need black inside) and swmbo said any colour but white - so Stornaway looked best for me, but no clear winner.
I am a little worried that it will show scratches more when I go off road so would have preferred silver or white, but I thought the stornaway was the best compromise for me.
I would go the light colours, the dark one's show all the scratches & marks
White or one of the other light colours would be my go.
Doesn't any colour not white cost a lot more?
Leather interior is the go,easy to keep clean, but must be looked after with a top brand leather conditioner or it will perish.
Good luck with the D4
All my D3's have been Blue. Seems to fit the family in it OK and handles fine on and off road.![]()
Hi misheemee, my RR is Stornaway Grey and it’s a fantastic colour to hide the dirt, that is till you brush against it and it’s then pretty obvious it’s in a desperate need of a wash.
I have the black interior and prefer it as I tend to do a lot of night driving and the black interior reduces light feedback.
My wife's D4 is Nara Bronze, what a fantastic colour.
In some light it looks like an olive colour, in full sunlight it’s a rich metallic brown.
The wife calls the colour Latte, very apt name.
She has the light tan interior and I reckon that is going to be a pain to keep the marks out of it.
Nice problem to have. I went for white. Had to, company car. I like the Bali blue though. Still think white is pretty practical for the climate & cleaning though.
