    Cool

Yeah guys I averaged 13.2 from brizzie to Harvey bay with a mammoth car trailer and an xy falcon loaded up with parts, that was in a D4 3.0 tdv6.
I got my other half to operate the suspension switches, so easy!!
The hitch up (not the missus) Iam now considering the eas remote for the d2. the d4 was faultless. just wish it was mine.it was a customers i just fitted trailer brakes for and he was delighted for me to give it the run. he's heading off on a trip to the top end soon with his van he said he'll report back the consumption. ill post in sept..

Hi boolyb, good fuel consumption figures. They are an awsome tow vehicle. Had my boat on again today and still amazes me how easy they do it.

On the short trip back from Summerset Dam.

    15.9L/100
    AvSpd 55
    Distance traveled 90klm

It wasn't a long run, I reset before starting. There is lots of hills in this area plus the 5klm 10% grade I pulled the van up. Pulling up the 10% grade was little effort.

The van is 1705kg dry it had full water tanks 120l plus all our stuff. I estimate it was close to 2300kg.
