Thread: D4 3.0 Lt Fuel Tank?????

The capacity is 82l

I have put more than 70l in my car.

Would have to be a REALLY BIG TURBO to effect the size of the fuel tank !!!

The specs note 82 lts as mowog suggests.

While the specs say 82lit I would be interested to know how much is actually usable? What is the most that anyone has put into a standard tank? What are your thoughts on an aux tank?

Am I hijacking this thread? Should I move my questions?

It just behaves like a 70L tank after driving manual TD5 D2s for over 10 years.

Check the FAQ's plenty of options, but you will need a SWC ( single wheel carrier ) to make space for the tank.

Some have queezed a lot more in. The guy didn't know what he was talking about.


Or he has a problem with the plumbing from his tank.
