Thread: Removing Cigarette Lighter Panel

Has anyone removed the cigarette lighter panel before? I would like to install some 12V stuff down there. I have had the stereo surround off but have not been able to figure how the cigarette assy comes out.

You'll also need to remove the gear lever surrounds, and then the center console. Shout out if you haven't done this before. I did it over the weekend - not too hard if you have a set of torx drivers. I think if you search the disco3 forum for "centre console removal" you should find instructions.
