Same basic system; operates from sensors for yaw, pitch, roll, wheel speed, steering wheel angle, throttle etc. ARM is Active Roll Mitigation and is a bit of extra coding in the system to detect and prevent situations where you're likely to roll (at speed, won't help in low range). DSC largely does this anyway by detecting and then correcting skids, and in other to roll at speed one be getting the tyre slip angle such that the DSC gets all excited and kicks in, so as far as I can see it's more of a marketing acronym than anything else.
