Will the Larzep 4 tonner fit under the second row of seats? The base measurements I found on the web (125 x 125) are very close to the Trade Torque 5t I currently have (135 x 128) - which won't go under the seats. This may be more due to other dimensions (eg barrel dia, height) or to the carry handle welded to the side - but not being able to store easily makes it a bit useless.

Just for comparison sake - your Larzep has a starting height of 140 mm, and a non-screw assisted lift of 190 mm. The Trade Torque beast starts out at 210 mm but has a non-screw lift of 250 mm. Thinking this through - the shorter height should make fitting the Larzep under the rear seats easier, but will mean you need to use the screw extension or a jacking block to make full use of the 190 mm lift - and from my experience that will only just be enough to get your spare onto the hub. Indeed, it might be just short of enough - which could be a drama if you're relying on it. Might pay to do some careful measuring!

And yes, Albany is a lovely place - with lots of great tracks nearby. And we're blessed with a damn good LR dealer down here too!

The difference between the two is that one has a U shaped bar on the top of the screw fitting that would allow the chassis to be seated in rather than a smaller screwed top that the chassis would balance on.

I don't know about under the seat - I store them behind the second row in the third row foot well.
