Hello,

Instead of posting multiple threads, i thought I would just get them into one - sorry if this is laborious and covering old ground, however after serching a few forums and FAQ's, I could not quite seem to find the full answers.

So appologies in advance.

We have a new HSE disco4
http://www.aulro.com/afvb/d3-d4-rrs/...delivered.html

1. We have 3.8 kids (8th of feb it will be 4.0) and all under 4 years of age

(inc. twins, but all thats another story).
We got the D4 with Rear Seat Ent. to house and entertain the kids - and we now have 2 kids housed in the 3rd row (engineeers have added seats bolts to 3rd row early this week - let me know if anyone wants picts and or names of the Gov. registered installers in WA who can legally do this), and was wondering if there is any good solutions to for getting DVD screens into the 3rd row (back of second row head rests)? Local guy recomended by LR is a bit pesermistic but sure it can be done relativly easily.
I do note that LR in their 'wisdom' dropped the 3rd row of controls and head phone inputs!
I would firstly lift the blanking plate to see if the connector is still in the wiring loom, being an HSE i would take it as the loom hasnt changed much, it may be just a simple thing like buying & fitting 2 switch/control plates !

I have some potential solutions however has any one done this?
Just a note - recon its poor that there is no video link/loop from the iPod/iPhone connector to the Ent system...let me know if I am wrong or it can be done? Solution is run RCA leads from iPod in to the Aux inputs in back of the arm rest.

2. LR Raised Air Intake.....know it been done - however I did not get to the bottom of weather its a clip on job or it needs to have holes drilled int the body work or A pillar next to the window?
Fitting the LR unit will require the drilling of 2 holes to fit 2 nutserts for the unit to be screwed into the 1/4 panel & clips over the leading edge of the air intake section. (Safari actually drill 4 or 5 holes & use nuts/bolts to hold it to the panel)

FYI Brit car on line can get them here pretty cheap (approx AUD500) I ordered factory extended roof rails and cross bars for about AUD700 + AUD80 in freight) less than half of the dealers cost

Thanks for advice from this forum and Disco 3 forums.

Assume its ok to post a link?
