    Saying Hi to a D3 tommorrow

    Gday All,

    Well saying goodbye to the trusty D2 tomorrow and stepping into a 08 D3..

    Know nothing about them only it was the most comfortable car ive ever been in and the V6 deisel just is something else..

    Anyway be prepared for some questions

    Congrats on the purchase, you will not regret it. I still have permagrin, start doing your cheek excercises. It will hurt for the first month or so, then you get used to it..

    my only concern is you'll roll through town one day and I'll still be looking for a blue D2,,,

    From Adelaide to Warnabool via Victor hbr, robe, and Mt Gambier we have averaged 10.7 ltrs...that is sitting between 90-100 when I drove 110 when Mrs Austral drove..


    With a 190ltrs in the car and 40 on the trailer, cant wait to see what distance I get on the Stuart hway going home.
