    Leaking tail lights D4..?

    2010 D4 2.7..
i noticed this morning that there is alot of AC air escaping from around the
tail lights? thinking it was something to do with the rear AC i turned it off, no real change in flow.
when my AC is on low (full noise) there is actually alot of air thats escaping, is that right?
if that much is getting out how much dust etc will get in?

can someone else check their's please?

    cheers phil

if you took the light out, there is a oneway air flap there,

how board must you be to look for air leaks

    Hi Discowhite,
Stig is right, the interior air is exhausted around the rear light clusters, giving a full flow-through.

As Stig says, there are one-way flaps to prevent dust/water ingress.

    Best Wishes,
    Peter

What happens when you select re-cycle?

As in is there still a slight external flow?

    Cheers,

    Kev.
