If you're getting an Alaska White Respray can I send fog light surrounds

    Hi All,

Due to a recent unknown car-parker probably reversing into my front bumper, I now have some stripes down one of my fog-light surrounds where the paint has come off.

If anyone is having any Alaska White respraying done, please could you let me know if you'd be OK with me sending you the surround so that it could be added to the spray job? I'm willing to pay the incremental cost.

    Thanks,
    Edwin.

P.S. Picture might be coming if required.

I know a panel beater very well & he will sit it on his shelf & get it done for me.

    Cheers

Thanks for that kind offer. I'll keep an eye out for anyone who might offer, as it could be on the shelf for an undetermined period, and meanwhile I would have that gaping hole in the bumper.

I also might get a quick quote to see how much it would cost.

    Cheers!

VG auto paints at Girraween run classes on panel prep and painting classes on saturdays. You might be able to get in on one of these and do it yourself.

    Edwin,
ring your local dealer & ask if they have anyone that comes in & does minor touch ups.
We use a company called "New Life" Vinyl & Leather Repairs.
They are a mobile unit & may be able to come to you.
The color code for the vehicle is on the slam panel above your drivers headlight Alaska White LRC ***.
Just give the 3 digit code to them & they will make the paint & respray it for you.

p.s. When i meant sit on shelf i didnt mean for x amount of time, just for a day or so & then back to you sorry.
