    Talking Whooo hoooo Ive got that Disco feeling again.

    Well Im a little excited, I've just picked up a 2005 D3 TDV6 HSE.

    I took up a work opportunity in Germany for 5 years, so we had to sell our beloved D2. Work provided a new Merc C350 for a year, whilst its a good car, its just not a Land Rover!!
    Looking forward to touring around Europe in comfort and style! Kids and wife are now very happy too!

    Landrovers are not so common here in Germany, took 2 months to find a decent one that was within 500km of Bavaria!

    Pretty much bog standard at the moment, but will be blanking EGR, and getting a BAS remap pretty soon.

    Enjoy! That sounds like Christmas on a stick - a lovely D3 to tour Europe, hard to beat that. Apart from all the usual considerations, there is no doubt that sitting up high in Land Rover gives one much better views that one gets with your arse on the ground in a low slung sedan.

    As said not much better than touring Europe in the best 4x4.
