    Trim Mystery?

A week or so ago I was cleaning the inside of the D3 when I found a bit of trim on the middle row floor behind the drivers seat.
No problem, I thought, I'll just look around, find where it comes from & refit it.
After several searches by myself & others we can not find where the piece of trim comes from.
It has the number ERN500080 on it & hopefully I will be able to attach a couple of picks.
If anyone knows where in the car it is from please let me know.
It will probably cost me a bomb if I wait till the next service & get LR to refit it.
    Thanks

Argh ...I have seen a picture of that part before when I was in secret training with the CIA and it was described as the 'super secret MI5 ejector seat switch cover'.
You must have one of the Pommy secret service model Disco's by mistake!

Be careful if you hit the switch that the cover hid even by accident your passenger will be ejected straight through the roof ...I hope they did remember to option your Disco with a sunroof otherwise it gets really messy...

Good luck and don't touch any switches until you contact MI5 and let them know you have one of their special Disco's. ...No point contacting LR here in Oz they don't know about the MI5 specials in fact they don't know much about Land Rovers full stop, after you explain to the Pommy secret service that you have one of their specials by mistake I'm sure they will try and assist you.

Mind you the photo is a bit fuzzy and I could be wrong and it could be just another random piece of plastic trim that seem to continously fall off of most Landys. If that is the case please don't tell MI5 that I told you about their secret ejector seat.

Good luck! ...ps ...If you still like your wife I would recommend making here sit in the back seat for now until you get this sorted.

    cheers,
    Terry

It fits into the rear 1/4 trim, towards the front. Looking at the parts list, the middle row seat might cover it so fold them down to have a look.

So Scott you have just proven that even Trivett's Warranty managers don't know about the MI5 special ejector seat models.

    I rest my case.

    cheers,
