    D4 2.7 factory fitted tyre size

    Could someone please tell me what tyre size the D4 2.7 is shipping with as standard? I've been told both 265 and 255.

    The OEM tyre size on my 2010 2.7ltr D4 are Goodyear Wrangler 255/60R 18

    There was a post a while back with the tyre placard of a D4. The car also takes 235/70/17 (and 245/70/17 also fit). I don't think any Disco has ever been fitted with 265 anything. Sports go up to 275.

    Likewise my D4 2.7 came fitted with Wrangler 255/60/18 OEM. Last year I fitted 265/60/18 Cooper ATR's for off road.... don't go there.... they are not LT construction and very prone when deflated to side wall issues. For this years trip I am about to change to 17" rims from Performance Wheels + Mickey Thompson 245/70/17 ATZ 5 Rib.... will let everyone know how they go.

    The Performance wheels BB6 rim is 17x8. I would think a 245 is a little on the narrow side for an 8" rim. Have to check on one of the tyre sites.
