Thanks for that. The OL quote I got was $2200 fitted - excluding colour coding, lights etc. so that's over a $500 difference for the ARB bar. I've read all the comments re better steel, R&D spend etc. and now better airflow

We haven't seen it (from all angles) yet and it might look a bit better but is it that much better? Interested in people's thoughts...

Jelous as of that new ARB bar. If only it would go on a 2010. Looks thicker and wraps around the lights.

Anything improving air flow improves longevity - and in a IC TD performance/efficiency.

Stronger - so that "hit" may only be superficial rather than worse..

And Aussie made, by Aussie workers - not made OS and sold here..

Would it be $500 better? Easily.

Thanks Tombie. All good points. Aussie product seals the deal for me.

Good for me too that the ARB 'model' D4 is grey like mine. Understand more difficult to maintain but I do like the look of the colour coded bar... Hmm

I spoke to a ARB rep today and I was quoted just under $3,500 fitted with black colour match and fog lights. The bar on my Amarok was under $2,500 fitted less than 2 years ago. I am sure they will up the price initially to cover some R&D, but $1000 more than the other bar is quite a hike in my book. Maybe I can wait for a sale event D4 Landrover Bull Bar - latest news

Agreed, no sales at this price will dictate the reduction.

2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?
