Thread: D3 windscreen replacement cost?

I had a new one fitted at Instant Windscreens in Kalgoorlie last week. Glass was OEM - they got it up from barbagallo in Perth. They told me that cost of glass alone was more than $1400 - I don't know what they charged to fit it as insurance covered the job.

All good now though - very clear glass and auto wipers working normally in Perth's crap weather this week.

Do you know if they also replaced the wiper sensor - and what about the windscreen pillar trim clips??

I also have to put in a claim for my windscreen this week so the intell provided on this thread has been good - discussed the brand of windscreen with my insurance company this week - they will only cough up for an OEM windscreen if the busted one was OEM.
