			Headrests D4 2nd row removable?

Anybody know if the 2nd row headrests in the 7 seater D4 are removable, when stowing the seats flat.

With 2nd row flat, the headrests restrict the rear travel of the front seats, and break up and restrict the footwell storage space.

The manual reads as if they are removable using the height adjuster button, but if so it needs a bit more brute than I feel comfortable applying.

 Anybody overcome this?

 thanks for any hints

Yes they are removable but its a little tricky the first time. There is a small tab in the seat post holder that does not have the height adjuster button.

You need to push it in with the tip of your fimger while pulling the headrest up.

A tiny bit of WD 40 or similar on the chrome arms helps.
The first time I tried to remove the headrests in my D3 I thought I was doing something wrong as they were stuck solid - after a bit of oil they came out very easily.....push the "little" buttons firmly too...
 cheers
